Cardio & Strength – An energetic mix of aerobic conditioning and strength training using the step, hand weights, resistance tubes, and other training tools. This class will strengthen your muscles while burning calories and keeping your heart rate elevated. Adjustable step height and weight selection make this a beneficial class for all fitness levels.
Core Conditioning – A quick class to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and target the posterior chain. Tone your midsection, strengthen your center and keep yourself injury free using resistance tubes, gliding discs, and bodyweight movements.
Cycle – Athletic indoor cycle class. An efficient calorie torching workout that is low impact and high energy! Excellent for all fitness levels.
Chair Yoga & Strength – Chair Yoga Strength is good for everyone! Great for beginners, anyone who has trouble getting up & down off the floor, or recovering from an injury. Move, stretch, strengthen & practice balance using the chair.
Circuit Training – Features a series of strength and cardio exercises performed in timed intervals or stations. Participants move through each exercise with limited rest to build strength, endurance, and coordination. This class offers variety, energy, and a full body workout every time.
Fit Strength – A fast paced efficient strength workout designed to maximize fitness results. Using dumbbells and bodyweight movements, this class targets major muscle groups with a focus on functional fitness.
Gentle Yoga- Slower paced yoga class that doesn’t flow like a traditional yoga class. Great for beginners or those who are looking to stretch the entire body.
Pilates – An evolution of traditional mat Pilates and current core conditioning methodology. This class blends the mat work series of Joseph Pilates with the most current core stability and strength exercises. An exciting and challenging class for any fitness level.
Yoga Flow – This Yoga practice is done in a flow format. Bringing awareness to alignment and finding deeper expression of postures with the use of breath. Build heat in the body and strength overall.
Yoga Strength – A practice done with weights and resistance increasing muscle strength and creating more muscle tone, bringing more muscle awareness to everyday practice.
Walking Club – Enjoy walking with friends around the beautiful town of Boonsboro! Get in your daily steps, your dose of vitamin D, and social hour as we enjoy a brisk walk through our lovely small town. Distance and pace will vary depending on participant fitness. Walking club may be canceled depending on weather and heat index. Open to everyone and free for the community!
