Fit offers numerous classes for all levels and abilities. Consult the website or stop in to get a copy of the monthly class schedule. Fit also offers many special activities both in the gym and off-site. Popular activities have included book club, walk & wine, paint parties, game days, Girl’s Night Out and Muddy Mammas, to name just a few. Fit also provides fitness equipment with instruction if needed, as well as worksheets to track your progress, all in a clean and friendly environment.

Cleanliness is important to us. We provide spray cleaners, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer at multiple stations throughout the gym. Fit Team members also clean between client visits.

Fit In Boonsboro also offers amenities to further help you achieve wellness of the body, mind and spirit. Fully stocked showers feature custom blends from Cedar Ridge Soaps, along with towels and bath mats. The Cedar Ridge products may be purchased at the desk. A sauna and steam room are provided in both restrooms. Lockers with keys are also supplied.

Fit has a variety of membership options, including an introductory week offered at just $19.99! Full time student rates and 1,3 and 6 month memberships are also available.
